  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms at any time.

2. Product Information

  • All product images, descriptions, and specifications are provided for reference purposes only.

  • Actual brand, markings, packaging, and country of origin may vary based on availability.

  • We deal in genuine industrial-grade products, but some items may be import-on-order.

3. Pricing & Quotations

  • All prices shared via website, email, WhatsApp, or phone are subject to change based on:

    • Stock availability

    • Market rates

    • Currency fluctuations (for imported goods)

    • Freight and logistics cost

  • Formal pricing is valid only until the validity date mentioned in the quotation.

4. Orders & Confirmation

  • An order is considered confirmed only after:

    • Customer approval of quotation

    • Issuance of PO (Purchase Order) / written confirmation

    • Advance payment (if applicable)

  • Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled (especially import-on-order items).

5. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made according to the agreed terms.

  • Accepted payment modes include: bank transfer, UPI, cheque (subject to clearance), and other approved methods.

  • Interest/penalties may apply for late payments in credit transactions.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines shared are estimates only and may be affected by logistics or external factors.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies, transporters, customs, or natural conditions.

  • Risk of goods transfers to the buyer once dispatched from our premises.

7. Return, Refund & Replacement

  • No refunds are provided on confirmed orders.

  • Replacement is offered only for manufacturing defects after proper inspection.

  • Products damaged due to installation errors, misuse, or operational issues are not eligible for replacement.

8. Warranty

  • Warranty, if applicable, is strictly as per manufacturer/supplier terms.

  • SLS Bearings does not provide additional or extended warranty unless explicitly mentioned in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

SLS Bearings is not liable for:

  • Machine downtime

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Production loss

  • Profit loss

  • Costs arising from incorrect installation or application of bearings

  • Damages due to improper handling, lubrication, or alignment

Our responsibility is limited to the value of the defective product, if verified.

10. Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, the customer confirms that:

  • The selected product is correct for their application

  • All installation and maintenance will follow industrial standards

  • Accurate specifications, sizes, and technical details have been provided

  • Products will be tested before heavy-load usage

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, data, layout, branding — belongs to SLS Bearings and cannot be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in [Your City/State].
