At SLS Bearings, we ensure safe, timely, and reliable delivery of bearings, pillow blocks, and industrial components across India. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery process, timelines, and conditions.

1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver across all major cities and industrial hubs in India, including:

  • Maharashtra

  • Gujarat

  • Tamil Nadu

  • Karnataka

  • Delhi NCR

  • Punjab

  • Rajasthan

  • and other serviceable locations.

For remote or non-serviceable areas, shipping availability will be confirmed before order processing.

2. Dispatch Time

a) Ready Stock Items

  • Dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

b) Import-on-Order / Non-Stock Items

  • Delivery timeline will be shared during order confirmation.

  • Import lead time may vary due to customs clearance, freight, or supplier processing.

3. Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted logistics providers such as:

  • Blue Dart

  • Delhivery

  • DTDC

  • VRL Logistics

  • Transporters / cargo services for heavy shipments

You may also provide your own transporter if preferred.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges vary based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Charges will be communicated during the quotation or invoice stage.

  • For bulk orders, we may offer discounted or free shipping.

5. Tracking Information

Once the order is dispatched, we provide:

  • Tracking number

  • Transport receipt (LR copy)

  • Expected delivery date

  • Contact details of the transporter (if applicable)

6. Delivery Time

Domestic Deliveries:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days

  • Non-metro: 3–7 business days

  • Cargo/transport shipments: 5–12 days depending on region

Important:

Delivery time can vary due to:

  • Transport delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays

  • Customs delays (import items)

7. Inspection on Delivery

Customers are advised to:

  • Check the package condition on arrival

  • Report any damage within 24–48 hours

Failure to report on time may affect eligibility for replacement claims.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged:

  • We will coordinate with the courier for investigation

  • Replacement will be provided as per our policy

  • If loss occurs due to courier fault, claim settlement is subject to courier terms

9. Customer Pickup

Customers may choose to:

  • Arrange their own pickup

  • Send their own transporter

  • Collect directly from our warehouse/office (by appointment)
